- Chair, World Economic Forum New Vision for Agriculture incorporating multi-stakeholder partnerships in 14 countries across Africa, Asia and Latin America including partnering to form both Grow Africa and Grow Asia
- Founding Co-Chair Grow Africa
- Seconded as Special Adviser, UN Office of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Food Security and Nutrition.
Previously Sean was a successful innovator having jointly initiated a number of respected cross sector partnership platforms and initiatives including inter alia Grow Africa, African Green Revolution Forum, Beira Agricultural Growth Corridor, Southern Agricultural Growth Corridor of Tanzania, Malawi Agriculture Partnership, Business Action Against Corruption, UNEP Finance Initiative Africa Taskforce, African Sustainable Investment Centre, African Institute of Corporate Citizenship, the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Sustainability Index and several companies specialising in business sustainability and social entrepreneurship.
